Our course aims to make you a winner by giving you the necessary customer service skills to go “above and beyond” in whatever industry you work in. The course is adapted to meet the individual learners’ needs and has been used in a variety of industries to great effect.

There is no formal examination and you will be assessed in a variety of ways by your tutor. Your final assessment will consist of a portfolio of work that you create over the time of the course as well as a classroom assessment.
This course gives you the opportunity to gain skills in customer service which are transferrable to any industry.
